So, how are my fabulous dance crew handling this news? Many of my clients are missing performances they’ve trained for months for, many are simply missing the feeling of community and creativity that comes with attending their regular Dance classes.
So, we’ve collated a list of all the wonderfully creative things you can take part in online, to keep your toes tapping, and your brain buzzing. Without further ado:

Katherine Disenhof
When dancer Katherine Disenhof shut her studio amid the CoronaVirus outbreak, she immediately channeled her energy into creating an amazing online hub for Dancers everywhere. Mark Kanemura virtual dance parties
A former backup dancer with Lady Gaga and contestant on "So You Think You Can Dance," Kanemura is using Instagram to bring together his 663,000 followers for daily virtual dance sessions while people are being asked to help slow the spread of the coronavirus by staying indoors. join the party daily on Mark’s Instagram.
Ava Chappelle

Seen on screen
No strangers to the online dance game, Seen On Screen have been offering dancers the chance to learn famous dance routines for many years. Now, the dance studio is providing its followers with the opportunity to learn the routines at home by following live-streamed tutorials on its Instagram page and on video chat platform Zoom.
305 fitness
Dance cardio studio 305 Fitness is also offering free dance fitness classes on its YouTube channel, which are being shown at 4pm and 10pm GMT.
yoga with adriene
OK, it’s not dance. But if you need to stretch it out, Yoga with Adriene is just wonderful. She has lots of videos on YouTube, and her website. We highly recommend her 30-day yoga journey! 🧡

The Royal Opera House
The ROH will be offering a free program of curated online broadcasts, musical masterclasses and cultural insights that get under the skin of both ballet and opera and offer everyone a unique look behind the scenes at one of the world's most famous cultural institutions.
